Hi guys! What's up? It's a new week, do you have any special plans?
It's day 25 in the 31 day challenge and the theme is inspired by fashion. Can you guess my inspiration for this manicure? (I'm pretty sure you can.)

If you guessed Hayley Williams you were totally right.
I've already told you how much I admire Hayley Williams, her style and the fact that she doesn't give a crap about what people think about it, so I'll just tell you about the manicure. Hope that's alright with you! Otherwise you can just use the search function and type in "Hayley Williams" and I'm sure you'll have plenty to read.

So, I used three base polishes fot this manicure. The black is Liquid Leather from China Glaze, the red is London from Mavala and the grey is from Nordic Cap. I'm still researching if Nordic Cap is cruelty free or not, but I do know that they're made in China, so keep that in mind.
Then I stamped a pattern using plate QA98 from Born Pretty Store and China Glaze Holly-Day. I used a striping brush and OPI Don't touch my tutu! to make the light parts. I used a striping brush and Liquid Leather to make the black parts on the grey nails.
Finally I put on some studs and top coat. On the thumb I also made a silver stripe between the red and the black parts.

Hi there! I'm really tired and I need to paint my nails so this will be a short post.
The theme for day 15 is delicate print. Here you go!

I got this polish from Christina as a birthday gift. It's actually my birthday today!
The polish is Serum No.5 Glowin' Of Eden and it's a beautiful light green polish that glows in the dark. It does glow a bit more green than the picture shows. The formula was not that great. I had a lot of problems and I didn't like it. Too bad, 'cause it's a really pretty color.

The stamp is a lace pattern from Pueen plate 28 and I used the silver polish from Depend with the number 223. Works totally okay for stamping.

Hi there! I didn't publish any post yesterday. I was packing and preparing for my first week as an intern at a company in Malmö. Christina (Passionate About Polish, instagram: @cilp) invited me to live with her. How fun!
Today is day 14 and the theme is flowers. Take a look!

So, this was a fast and easy manicure. The base is Ciaté Headliner in two coats and then I stamped a rose pattern from Bundle Monster BM-323 using China Glaze Scandalous Shenanigans.
It's not a super fun manicure, but it's quite simple and clean. I like it!

Heeeelloooo guys! It's saturday! How fun! I'm going to play some games with my friends. Do you have any plans for this evening?
Today it's day 9 and the theme is rainbow. Check out what I did!

I made some stamping decals with Konad m61, Nordic Cap NP12 and acrylic paint. Unfortunately my acrylic paint is a bit too dark, so I didn't get the look I was aiming for.
The base is Alana Renee It's A Surprise, which is a white shimmer with a yellow tone. Looks pretty white on these pictures though. It's not that white in real life.
The glitter is Worst. Polish. Ever. by Happy Hands. This was also a birthday gift that I got from Ulrika last year. It's not the worst polish ever. It's actually pretty amazing. The applications is flawless! Too bad Happy Hands don't do polishes anymore.

I do like this manicure, even though it didn't turn out the way I wanted. What do you think?

Hello there! So, I didn't put up a post yesterday. I thought I'd have time to post a short one, but then I went to my friends house to take a cup of coffee and then suddenly it was the middle of the night and I was like "nope, not going to edit pictures and write a post now". So. Yeah.
Here's yesterday's post, and I'll post another post later today. I hope. Lol!
Day 7 is black and white. I did a really quick manicure.

So, there's not much explaining to do here. I used Nordic Cap NP13 as my base and then stamped the crackle-ish pattern (which actually is tree branches) with plate 10 from MoYou London Suki Collection and Nordic Cap NP12. It works for stamping, but as you can see it's like it's too slippery. Which is really annoying.
Anyway, I really like how this turned out! Now I really need to study.

Nail Art - Music Festival

Hi guys! WOW! It's been almost two months since I published the last post. I accidentally took a vacation and I think I needed that. I've missed you though! 
So, now I'm back again, and hopefully I can get some really nice blogging routines now. I've had some trouble with that for about a year now maybe. I don't know why, but I always have a lot to do, and the time just flies and I don't manage to do half of the stuff I was supposed to. So to save some time I'll write in English only from now. Hope that's okay with all of my Swedish readers.

Anyway. In the beginning of the summer I went to a music festival! It was fun, but the weather was crazy. Sunny one day, thunder the other. Someone (or maybe more than one) actually got hit by lightning! WHAT! Me and my friends are fine though.
Let me show you the nail art I rocked during the festival!

I started with painting my nails in OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. Love that polish. Seriously, I might need to buy another bottle soon! 
Then I stamped my pointer and my middle finger using Nordic Cap NP12, Pueen 52 and Born Pretty Store XL stamper*.
I used Make It Stick Design vinyl chevron decals for the gradient chevron nails, and sponged a gradient over using Lime Crime Peaches <3 Cream and Parfait Day. Then I removed the decals and cleaned up around the nails.
My camera hates the Lime Crime polishes, it thinks that they are washed out pastels, not bright friggin almost-neon-pastels. 

Everything is topped with Glisten & Glow HK Girl top coat.

It's Sunday! How was your weekend?
Today I wanted to share the second, and last, manicure from the Born Pretty Store stud review that I published earlier this week. The design is kinda the same as the Liquid Teal manicure I showed you a while ago, but this one is magenta and a little bit different. Take a look!

This manicure was made with the same concept as Liquid Teal. I used the same techniques and the same base polish, but changed two polishes, the stamping plate and the stud. I decided what designs I wanted and then I just "shuffled" the designs on my hands, so my left hand and right hand wouldn't look the same. Don't be scared to have two hands with nails that "don't match", 'cause they do match, right? I mean color wise and such.

For this manicure I used China Glaze Liquid Leather as my black. China Glaze Don't Make Wine is the magenta-ish winey color, which works great for stamping. The stamping was made with Pueen plate 57 and Born Pretty Store XL Stamper*. The glitter polish is Model City Polish Sheena Is A Punk Rocker (I LOVE Ramones!!) and the stud is the colorful stud* I reviewed the other day.

I really like this kind of manicure, 'cause they're fast and easy to do and they look awesome and classy and cool at the same time.
I topped it all of with a coat (two coats on the glitter) of Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

Idag ska jag visa er en manikyr som inte alls blev som jag tänkt mig, men jag gillar den massor ändå. Vill ni se? Ja, det vill ni!

Hello there! How are you today? I'm fine, except for my damn back that hurts a bit. Maybe because I spend the weekend cleaning, or maybe I've slept weird.
Today I'm going to show you a manicure that didn't turn out how I imagined, but I really like it anyway. Do you want to see it? Yes, you do!

Jag tänker inte berätta hur jag först tänkte att manikyren skulle se ut, för jag sparar den idén till senare.

Vad ni ser är en jelly sandwich med två lager Rescue Beauty Lounge Bikini Bottom, ett lager Pretty Jelly Festival och två lager Bikini Bottom igen.
Bikini Bottom har jag visat en gång innan, och även då gjorde jag en sandwich. Då tyckte jag dock att det fortfarande var ojämnt efter tre lager, men nu målade jag bara två innan jag applicerade glitterlacket. 

Festival från Pretty Jelly har jag fått i födelsedagspresent av Malin och det är ett helt galet lack med neongröna stjärnor, små fyrkanter och smått glitter, vita stjärnor och hexagoner, blåa strängglitter och smått glitter och slutligen neonrosa stora fyrkanter. Jag tycker inte att det är speciellt svårt att få tillräckligt med glitter på nageln och stjärnorna är inte heller speciellt svåra att få med.

Därefter gjorde jag en stamping med Bundle Monster BM-308 i Nordic Cap NP12 och NP13. Jag använde en XL stamper* från BornPrettyStore (recension kommer inom snar framtid).

Om jag är nöjd med resultatet? Hur nöjd som helst!

I'm not going to tell you about what I first though the mani should look like, 'cause I'll save that idea for later.

What you see is a jelly sandwich with two coats of Rescue Beauty Lounge Bikini Bottom, one coat of Pretty Jelly Festival and two coats of Bikini Bottom again. 

I've shown Bikini Bottom once before, and that mani was a sandwich too. That time I thought that it still looked uneven after three coats, but now I only applied two before I applied the glitter polish.

Festival by Pretty Jelly was a birthday gift from Malin and it's a totally crazy polish with neon green stars, small squares and tiny glitter, white stars and hexagons, blue bar glitter and tiny glitter, and finally neon pink big squares. I don't think it's hard to get enough glitter on the nail and the stars isn't hard to get either.

After that I did a stamping with Bundle Monster BM-308 in Nordic Cap NP12 and NP13. I used a XL stamper* from BornPrettyStore (review coming in the near future).

If I'm happy with the result? As happy as you can!

Hejsan! Det var ju inte riktigt meningen att jag skulle försvinna i sisådär tre veckor. Men ja, det var svårare att hinna med allt än vad jag räknade med. Idag är jag dock hemma från praktiken eftersom min mage inte riktigt vill vara min vän. Då hinner jag ju blogga, tänkte jag. Och förbereda inlägg och sånt där som jag inte hunnit. Kul va!

Jag börjar med att visa er en manikyr som jag älskade att bära. Det är inte en skittle eftersom jag har två likadana naglar på varje hand, men jag vet inte om det räknas som en skittlette? 

Jag hade iallafall inte alla naglar likadana på andra handen, och jag kände mig oerhört snygg.

Hi! I didn't really mean to disappear for about three weeks. But yeah, it was harder to get time to do everything that I imagined. Today I'm home from my internship, 'cause my stomach doesn't really want to be my friend. Then I thought I'll have time to blog. And prepare posts and do that stuff that I didn't have time for. Fun huh!

I start with showing you a manicure that I loved to wear. It's not a skittle because I have two nails with the same design on each hand, but I don't know if it counts as a skittlette?
I didn't have the designs on the same nails on the other hand, and I felt so gorgeous.

Kör en kort beskrivning idag. Jag har börjat med att måla alla naglar utom lillfingret med två lager China Glaze Liquid Leather. Jag frågar mig själv varför jag inte använder den oftare? Fantastisk formula och glans. Underbart svart lack!
Lillfingret har två-tre lager Kicks Sugar Laquer Moondust som egenligen har lite duo-multikromt glitter, men det är jäkla svårt att se och svårare att fånga på bild. Schysst formula och sånt, väldigt fint texturlack.

Tummen och ringfingret är stämplade med China Glaze Tongue & Chic, Moyou London Suki Collection Plate 06 och Konads dubble ended stamper. 

Pekfingret har en grön rhinestone som jag köpt själv på BornPrettyStore (glöm inte använda min kod för 10% rabatt).

Och slutligen, långfingret har en gradient med Liquid Leather och Tongue & Chic. 

Doing a short description today. I started with painting all nails, except pinkie, with two coats of China Glaze Liquid Leather. I ask myself why I don't use this more often? Fantastic formula and shine. Wonderful black polish!

The pinkie has got two-three coats of Kicks Sugar Laquer Moondust which actually has a little duo-multichrome glitter, but it's hard to see and even harder to capture on picture. Nice formula and such, really pretty texture polish.

The thumb and ring finger is stamped with China Glaze Tongue & Chic, Moyou London Suki Collection Plate 06 and Konad Dubble Ended stamper.

The pointer has got a green rhinestone that I bought myself from BornPrettyStore (don't forget to use my code for 10% discount).

And finally, my middle finger has got a gradient with Liquid Leather and Tongue & Chic.

Hej! Hur har ni det? Jag började min praktik igår och har det bra. De är väldigt snälla mot mig på företaget där jag praktiserar. Dock har jag längre dagar än vad jag numera är van vid, vilket märks nu i början. Jag är trött och förstår inte alls hur jag ska hinna med att få saker gjorda.

Idag tar jag mig tid att skriva ett blogginlägg iallafall, woho! Jag vill visa er en väldigt vårig manikyr jag bar för en sisådär en till två veckor sedan. Jag har äntligen lyckats få till en hyfsad stamping med mina Moyou London plattor jag vann i en giveaway som Ooohshinies höll. Ta en titt!


Hi! How are you? I started my intership yesterday and it's good. They are very nice to me at the company where I have my intership. I have longer days than I'm used to though, which is noticeable now in the beginning. I am tired and I cannot figure out how I will get time to get things done.

Today I atleast took time to write a blogpost, woho! I want to show you a very spring-ish manicure that I wore about one to two weeks ago. I finally managed to do a decent stamping with my Moyou plates that I won in a giveaway that Ooohshinies hosted. Take a look!

Den fantastiska gula jag har använt som bas är Crema De Limón från Lime Crime. Den är väldigt fin tycker jag. En gul kräm som påminner om citroner och smör. Formulan är helt okej, inget jag vill skryta med men jag upplevde inga större problem. Jag tycker att den är lite streaky, så att säga, och jag behövde tre lager innan jag var nöjd.

Mönstret kommer från Moyou Suki Collection Plate 01 som är en platta fylld som ett konstverk med stämpelmönster (klicka här så får ni se!) och jag har valt att använda delarna med körsbärsblommor och fåglar. Jag har stämplat med Depend 223 och Konads dubbelsidiga "firm stamper".

Prickarna och ringfingret är gjorda efter jag topplackat de andra naglarna. Jag använde Zoya Dhara (tack så hemskt mycket Karin!) som är ett av deras pixiedust lack, ett glittrigt lack med textur. Och hur vackert är den här orangea gnistrande skönheten? Jag dör lite. Så vackert!
Formulan är precis lika awesome som Zoya brukar vara, jag har två lager över det gula, för att jag var för lat för att ta bort det.

The amazing yellow that I used as a base is Crema De Limón by Lime Crime. I think it's really pretty. A yellow creme that reminds me of lemons and butter. The formula is nothing to brag about, but I didn't have any major problems. I do think it is a bit streaky, and I needed three coats to be satisfied.

The pattern is from Moyou Suki Collection Plate 01 which is a plate filled like an artwork with stamping patterns (click here and you'll see!) and I chose to use the parts with cherry blossoms and birds. I stamped with Depend 223 and Konad dubble ended firm stamper.

The dots and the ringfingers where made after I topcoated the other nails. I used Zoya Dhara (thank you so much Karin!) which is one of their pixiedust polished, a glitter polish with texture. And how gorgeous isn't this orange sparkling beauty? I'm dying a little. So beautiful!
The formula was as awesome as Zoya use to be, I have two coats over the yellow, just because I was too lazy to remove it.

I used KBShimmer Clearly On Top as topcoat and OPI Natural Nail Strenghtner as basecoat.

Hej gullisar! Ett av mina bloggmål för 2014 är ju att uppdatera tre gånger i veckan, vilket kan vara svårt när man pluggar. Men jag tänker göra mitt bästa! Så idag tänkte jag att jag skulle visa bilder på lack som inte publicerades under 2013. De flesta bilder publicerades inte på grund av att jag inte alls blev nöjd med dem, andra publicerades inte för att jag helt enkelt hade andra saker att publicera.

Winter Is Coming Stampicure

Hej allihopa! Jag är ledsen för bristen på inlägg här, men vi har fortfarande inte fått internet. Det fungerar förhoppningsvis nu i veckan.
Jag har haft mycket att göra och jag har precis fått i ordning på mitt rum, så nu har jag äntligen en plats för nail art och fotostudion!
Nu har det helt plötsligt blivit december, och jag har en vintrig manikyr att visa. Ta er en titt!

Det var såhär att jag tänkte börjat med en ny nail art challenge, men det blev inte av. Och då frågade jag min bästis Jennie Lee om inspirationshjälp. Hon föreslog att jag skulle göra något som såg ut som frost, eller sprucken is, eller något liknande. Vi tittade igenom mina stämpelplattor och valde Bundle Monster BM-208.
Jag började med att måla OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls på alla naglar, ett lager på tumme och pekfinger och två på de övriga. Därefter målade jag två lager Winter Is Coming från Smitten Polish på tumme och pekfinger. Winter Is Coming är ett underbart vitt jelly lack med blått glitter i olika storlekar, hexagoner och småttsmått glitter. Jag upplever att lite av glittret är prismatiskt. Det var inga problem med applikationen.

Sedan stämplade jag mönstret med IsaDora Baby Blue på de övriga naglarna. Jag gillar verkligen Baby Blue.
Resultatet blev fint tycker jag. Enkelt och elegant på något vis.

Hi everyone! I'm so sorry for the lack of posts here, but we still got no internet. Hopefully it will work this week.
I had a lot to do and I recently finished with organizing my room, so now I finally have a place for nail art and my photostudio!
Suddenly it was december, and I have a winter-ish manicure to show you. Take a look!

I was going to start a new nail art challenge, but it never happened. And I asked my bestie Jennie Lee for help with the inspiration. She suggested that I should do something that looked like frost, or breaking ice, or something like that. We went through my stamping plates and picked Bundle Monster BM-208.
I started with painting my nails with OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls on every nail, one coat on thumb and pointer and two on the rest. After that I painted two coats of Winter Is Coming by Smitten Polish on my thumb and pointer. Winter Is Coming is a wonderful white jelly polish with blue glitter in different sizes, hexagons and tinytiny glitter. I experience that some of the glitter is prismatic. There where no problems with application.
Then I stamped the pattern with IsaDora Baby Blue on the other nails. I really like Baby Blue.
I think that the result is reallt pretty. Kind of Simple and elegant.
Two coats of topcoat on the glitter nails and one on the rest.

31DC2013 Day 26: Inspired by a pattern

Det var nära att det inte blev något inlägg idag! Teknologin bråkade med mig, men nu jäklar!

Jag har målat naglarna hos min pojkvän idag så jag tänkte att jag skulle göra något enkelt. Inspirerat av ett mönster. Så jag valde att göra en stampicure!

Enkelt tänkte jag ju. Men jag valde helt fel bas. OPI Moon Over Mumbai ville inte täcka mina missfärgade naglar förrän på fjärde lagret. Fyra lager alltså, var av ett rätt tjockt. Men vilket fint lack! Ljust grått med lite skimmer. Lite jellyaktig. 

Stampingen är gjord med Deep Deep Water från H&M och Bundle Monster BM-322. Jag har även gjort prickar med Depend 223.

I had trouble with the technology this evening, so I almost couldn't write this post.

Today I painted my nails at my boyfriends apartment, so I thought that I should keep it simple. Inspired by a pattern. So I chose to do a stampicure!

Keep it simlpe, was my plan. But I chose the wrong base. OPI Moon Over Mumbai didn't want to cover my staind nails until the fourth coat. Four coats, whereof one quite thick. But what a pretty polish! Light grey with shimmer. A little bit jelly-ish.

The stamping was made with Deep Deep Water from H&M and Bundle Monster BM-322. I have also done some dots with Depend 223.

31DC2013 Day 13: Animal Print - Giraffe

Tjännaaaa! Hur har ni det? Fredag alltså. Skönt va! Jag hälsar på min pojkvän i helgen, men jag har tagit med mig prylar så jag kan fixa coola naglar ändå. Dessa hann jag dock fota hemma innan jag åkte.
Dagens utmaning är djurmönster. Ganska svårt ändå, för jag ville inte göra något vanligt som zebra, eller leopard eller så. Nu blev det rätt vanligt iallafall. Nåväl!

Giraffmönstrade naglar! Giraffer är förbaskat söta, eller hur?
Jag började med att måla två lager av China Glaze Kalahari Kiss, som är ett gulaktigt krämlack. Jag har ingen aning om vad man kallar den här färgen. Men formulan är bra, och det är ett fint lack tycker jag.
Därefter testade jag att använda två av mina få bruna lack till stamping. Det gick inte. Så jag testade Depend 230 och det gick bättre. Inte superbra, men bättre! Mönstret finns på Bundle Monster BM-313.
Jag blev inte supernöjd med resultatet, men jag tycker nog att det är en bra tanke iallafall.



Heeelloooo! How are you doing? Friday huh. Nice! I'm visiting my boyfriend this weekend, but I've brought some stuff so I can fix some pretty cool nails anyway. I had time to take these pictures at home though.
The challenge for today is animal print. Quite hard actually, 'cause I didn't want to do anything ordinary like zebra or leopard. It came out kinda ordinary anyway.

I started with painting two coats of China Glaze Kalahari Kiss, which is a yellow-ish creme polish. I have no idea how to describe this color. But the formula is good and it is a pretty polish.
After that I tried to use two of my few brown polishes for stamping. It did not work. So I tested Depend 230 and it worked better. Not supergood, but better! The print is from Bundle Monster BM-313.
I'm not superhappy with the result, but I think it was a good idea after all.

31DC2013 Day 4: Green - Stamping and glitter

Jag är så trött och hungrig att det är helt knäppt. Vi kör på bara va? Naglar i grönt, here you go.

Vad ni ser är så enkelt som Depend 249, ett av mina favoritlack, i två lager med Nordic Cap NP12 i ett mönster från Bundle Monster BM-210, och på tumme och ringfinger ser ni två lager Depend 249, två lager Color Club Holiday Splendor och två svarta nitar från born pretty store.

Blue Monday: Deviant Angel Kiss

Kan ni tänka er att jag är med på Blå Måndag hos Linda? Ja, det är jag! Jag har tidsinställt inlägget men eftersom jag sov en timma innan väckarklockan ringde är jag hemma idag och skriver om inlägget. Jag har även skrivit lite inlägg som jag har opublicerade, så att jag ska kunna blogga lite oftare. Det känns bra!
Idag får ni se en till stampicure, men den här är något äldre. Det här var den första riktiga jag gjorde och den är INTE bra. Så att ni vet!

Jag minns inte jättemycket av hur lacken betedde sig, men jag ska dela med mig så mycket jag kan.
Jag har två lager av Deviantly Daring från China Glaze, det är jag säker på. Deviantly Daring är ett duokromt lack med blå bas som skiftar till grönt. Väldigt snyggt! Det har en bra formula och är helt underbart.

På tumme och ringfinger har jag ett av Color Club holosarna, Angel Kiss. Jag minns inte hur många lager, men det kan ha varit två eller tre. Det ska vara grönt iallafall. Men det är ju inte jättegrönt, eller? Holografiskt är det ju, dock är det ju sådär pixligt holografiskt, eller holodisigt som Sminkan säger.
Mönstret är från Konad m61 och jag har använt båda lacken till stampingen.
Allt är toppat med topplack!

Can you believe that I'm participating in Blue Monday at Linda? Yes, I am! I have timed this post, but since I only slept one hour before my alarm woke me up this morning, I am home from work and rewrite the post a bit. I've also written some posts that I have unpublished, so I can blog more often. It feels good!
Today you will see another stampicure, but this one is older. This is actually my first real stampicure and it is NOT good. Just so you know.

I don't remember that much about how these polishes behaved, but I will share as much as I can.
I have two coats of Deviantly Daring by China Glaze, I'm sure of that. Deviantly Daring is a duochrome polish with a blue base that shifts to green. Very beautiful! It has a good formula and is just wonderful.
On my thumb and ringfinger I'm wearing one of the Color Club holos, Angel Kiss. I don't remember how many coats, but it probably was two or three. It's supposed to be green. But, it's not that green, is it? It is holographic, but in a pixel-y way, or holomisty way like Sminkan says.
The pattern is from Konad m61 and I've used both polishes for the stamping.
Everything is topped with topcoat!
