Hi guys! What's up? It's a new week, do you have any special plans?
It's day 25 in the 31 day challenge and the theme is inspired by fashion. Can you guess my inspiration for this manicure? (I'm pretty sure you can.)

If you guessed Hayley Williams you were totally right.
I've already told you how much I admire Hayley Williams, her style and the fact that she doesn't give a crap about what people think about it, so I'll just tell you about the manicure. Hope that's alright with you! Otherwise you can just use the search function and type in "Hayley Williams" and I'm sure you'll have plenty to read.

So, I used three base polishes fot this manicure. The black is Liquid Leather from China Glaze, the red is London from Mavala and the grey is from Nordic Cap. I'm still researching if Nordic Cap is cruelty free or not, but I do know that they're made in China, so keep that in mind.
Then I stamped a pattern using plate QA98 from Born Pretty Store and China Glaze Holly-Day. I used a striping brush and OPI Don't touch my tutu! to make the light parts. I used a striping brush and Liquid Leather to make the black parts on the grey nails.
Finally I put on some studs and top coat. On the thumb I also made a silver stripe between the red and the black parts.

Hello cuties! Here I am, late as always! ;)
Today is day 12 for me. The theme is stripes!

I'm really happy with these nails! Seriously, I did a great job!
The base is a light sea foam green shimmer by China Glaze and it's called Keep Calm, Paint On. I love this polish. It's delicate and pretty and clean and cool at the same time. It's perfect! I've used it before in a couple of manicures, like this one, and I just love it.
I freehanded the stripes with a striping brush and these are the colors I used:

OPI Who The Shrek Are You?
China Glaze Papaya Punch

#31DC2014 | Day 11 - Polka Dots

First of all; I have updated the Gradient post! Check it out!
Second of all; this challenge will last for a lot more than 31 days. Doesn't matter, I love doing this!

Today I've been studying. Yeah. That's all. So let's talk nails instead!
Polka dots for day 11!

I don't like these pictures. They're fine, but they're not good. Just so you know.

The base of this manicure is Nordic Cap NP12 and NP13. Then I used China Glaze First Mate to make the dots on the white nails. I don't know if you can see it, but there's actually a gradient going on in the dots. To get that effect I just mixed First Mate with my white polish and then again with the black polish.
I did the same thing on the black nail but I used Nfu Oh 394 instead.
Then I put a fimo bow on my middle and my ring finger, and a square stud on the other nails.
Finished with a coat of Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.

#31DC2014 | Day 8 - Metallic

Let's face it, I probably won't be able to post twice in one day any day soon, so I should probably stop saying that I'll try to do it. 'Cause there's no time for that.
I do have time for quick posts though, most of the time. So here's another quick one, which is Metallic.

I don't think I actually own any polishes with real metallic finish. I do own foils, but not a smooth metallic. You know, that kind that almost always have a shitload of brushstrokes? Not own any of those.
So, I decided to use one of my foils and studs to represent the metallic part in this manicure. The base is Rodeo Fanatic by China Glaze which Antonia gave me for my birthday last year. I don't know why I haven't used it until now 'cause it is simply amazing. Easy application, almost a one coater and there's a tiny hit of duochrome to it. I love it!
I did the triangles with a silver Depend polish, but I don't know the name right now, and the black is Nordic Cap NP12, as usual.

I loved these nails. They are edgy and pretty at the same time. Don't they look cool? But still fancy? I think so! I'm definitely satisfied!

Så, jag tänker alltså inte prata om manikyrerna i sig idag, men jag hoppas ni blir sugna på kommande inlägg!

De här små dekorationerna är multikromatiska och påminner om opaler lite, tycker jag. De är skitasnygga! Och jag älskar dom. De jag har testat är runda och 3mm stora, men det finns fler storlekar och former.
Paketet kommer med 10 stycken nitar i en liten plastficka. Du får alltså ingenting att förvara dem i, men jag antar att det är tänkt att du ska använda en på varje nagel, alltså använda upp alla på en gång. Det gjorde ju inte jag, så det går minsann bra ändå.

Jag har inte så mycket mer att säga om dessa nitar. De är väldigt vackra och coola. De är enkla att använda och lätta att fästa där du vill ha dem.

Sammanfattning:
Vad tyckte jag om produkten? Jag älskar!
Varför tycker jag så? För att de är riktigt coola.
Rekommenderar jag produkten? Ja, absolut!
Kommer jag köpa produkten igen? Det kommer jag definitivt göra.

These little decorations is multichromatic and reminds me a bit of opals, I think. They are friggin gorgeous! And I love them. The ones I've tried are round and 3mm big, but they are available in more sizes and shapes.
The package includes 10 studs in a little plastic bag. So you won't get anything to store them in, but I guess you're supposed to use one for each nail, so you'll use them all at once. But I didn't do that, and that went just fine.

I don't have that much more to say about these studs. They are very beautiful and cool. They're simple to use and easy to attach where you want them.

31DC2013 Day 30: Inspired by a tutorial - Watercolor nails

Hallå där! Hur är läget? Jag har inte tagit mig hem från min pojkvän än. Så jag har inte haft så många lack att välja på idag. Dagens utmaning är att inspireras av en tutorial, och jag har valt att inspireras av Rebecca Likes Nails watercolor technique tutorial!

Jag började med att måla naglarna vita med Nordic Cap NP13, och därefter ett lager Seche Vite. Sen blobbade jag ut droppe Nails Inc Baker Street och tog en pensel, doppade den i nagellacksborttaging, eftersom jag inte hade någon aceton, och duttade runt lacket på nageln. Dutta inte för mycket på samma ställe! Sen gjorde jag samma procedur med Ciaté Cabaret.
Och så kunde jag inte låta bli att sätta dit två svarta runda nitar från bornprettystore. Just det hjulet jag har verkar inte finnas kvar.

Hi there! How are you? I not home from my visit at my boyfriend yet. So I didn't have many polishes to chose from today. Todays challenge is to be inspired by a tutorial, and I was inspired by Rebecca Likes Nails watercolor technique tutorial!

I started with painting my nails white with Nordic Cap NP13, and then one coat of Seche Vite. Then I blobbed out a drop of Nails Inc Baker Street and grabed a brush, dipped it in nail polish remover, 'cause I didn't have any acetone, and I dabbed the polish around on the nail. Don't dabb to much on the same spot! Then I did the same thing with Ciaté Cabaret.
And I couldn't leave it without two black round stunds from bornprettystore on each nail. The wheel that I got doesn't seem to be in stock though.

31DC2013 Day 25: Inspired by fashion - CRAZY FASHION

Hej allihopa! Vad gör ni? Jag äter choklad. Jag behöver en liten sockerkick innan jag börjar packa. Jag ska hälsa på min boyfriend i helgen!
Dagens utmaning är att inspireras av "fashion". Mode är något jag inte har koll på alls. Jag följer inte modet direkt, utan jag köper vad jag gillar. Så jag tänkte att jag kan inspireras av någon som, enligt mig, har en fantastiskt stil. Någon som jag anser är en stilikon. Vem kan det vara? Hayley Williams såklart!

Hayley Williams har en galen stil. Hon klär sig i vad hon känner för, hon sminkar sig som hon känner för och hon har sitt hår som hon känner för. Hon bryr sig inte det minsta om någon tycker att hon är ful. Jag brukar fnissa lite när jag ser hennes galna outfits och sen tänker jag "hur lyckas denna människa bära en kalsongväska och skyddskor och se fantastisk ut?". Här är en länk till den outfiten!
Så jag bestämde mig för att inspireras av det hon bar på årets Teen Choice Awards. Här har ni en länk till inspirationsbilden.
Fun fact! Hayley har nominerats till "värst klädd" på båda awardsen. Jag förstår inte varför.

Jag började med att måla tumme, pek och långfinger vita med Nordic Cap NP13 och ring och lillfinger svarta med Nordic Cap NP12. Sen klippte jag tejpbitar så de var lika breda som saxbladet och tejpade över de vita naglarna. Jag målade svart, drog bort tejpen och dottade lite svart så det nästan såg schackrutigt ut. Därefter fäste jag sammanlagt 17 runda nitar med hål i över de svarta prickarna.
De två svarta naglarna fick ett lager matt topplack från H&M och de rutiga fick två lager Poshé. Det blev en massa bubblor i topplacket.
Jag gillar resultatet men jag skulle nog inte bära den under en längre tid. Jag kommer mest troligt inte göra om det heller. Men det ser coolt ut!

Todays challenge is to be inspired by "fashion". Fashion is something that I don't keep track of. I don't follow fashion trends, I buy what I like. So I thought that I could be inspired by someone who, according to me, has a great style. Someone who I think is a fashion icon. Who could that be? Hayley Williams of course!

Hayley Williams has a crazy style. She wears what she want to, do her makeup as she want to, wear what hairstyle she want to. She doesn't give a shizzle if someone think she looks ugly. I usually giggle when I see her crazy outfits and then I think "how can this human wear a underwear purse and saftey shoes and still look amazing?". Here's a link to that outfit!
So I decided to be inspired by the clothes she wore to this years Teen Choice Awards. Here's a link to the inspiration outfit!
Fun fact! Hayley was nominated as "worst dressed" on both of these outfits. I don't understand why.

I started with painting my thumb, pointer and middle finger white with Nordic Cap NP13, and my ring och pinky black with Nordic Cap NP12. Then I cut pieces of tape that was as wide as the scissor blade and placed them on my white nails. I applied one coat of black, removed the tape and dotted black so it kinda looked like a checkerboard. After that I attached 17 round studs with a hole in the middle on the black dots. 
The two black nails got a coat of matte topcoat from H&M and the checkered nails got two coats of Poshé. There is a lot of bubbles in the topcoat.
I like the result, but I probably would not wear it for a longer period. I will probably not do these nails again either. But it looks cool!

31DC2013 Day 8: Metallic - Metal Studs

Japp. Jag använde nitar igen. Och jag vet inte varför min kamera flippade ur, men jag är medveten om att det ser förbaskat konstigt ut runt nitarna. Som att jag lagt på för mycket skärpa, men det har jag inte. Så nu vet ni!
Idag är det alltså metallic som gäller, och jag gick all in.

Det ser ut som att lacket är repat och ojämnt och fult, men det är det inte. Jag lovar! Vad ni ser är iallafall Nfu Oh GS06 i två lager och nitar från born pretty store.
Jag anser att detta är ett foillack, vad tycker ni?

Yep. I used studs again. And I don't know why my camera freaked out, but I am aware of how weird it looks around the studs. Looks like I put on too much sharpness, but I have not. So now you know!
Today it's metallic nails, and I went all in.

It looks like the polish is scratched and uneven and ugly, but that's not the case. I promise! Anyway, what you see is Nfu Oh GS06 in two coats and studs from born pretty store.
I would consider this as a foil polish, what do you think?

31DC2013 Day 5: Blue - Leopard And Studs

Hallååå! Idag är jag inte lika trött och hungrig. Skönt va! Så idag får ni lite mer text maybe. Idag är det blått, och jag valde att använda mig av det kanske blåaste lacket jag äger. Nails Inc Baker Street!

Baker Street är ju ett förbaskat blått lack. Det luktar lite konstigt, men det täcker bra på två lager. Jag bestämde mig för att göra lite schyssta leopardfläckar på, men först gjorde jag vita fläckar som ni kan se på den sista bilden. Och det tyckte jag inte riktigt om, så jag täckte över det vita med Nfu Oh 394. Leopard har jag alltså på tumme, lång och ringfinger. Och jag har ju blivit galen i nitar så jag satte några på pek och lillfinger. Jag är väldigt nöjd med resultatet!

Helloooo! I'm not as tired and hungry today. Feels nice! So today there will be a little bit more text maybe. Today's challange is blue and I chose to use what might be the most blue nail polish I own. Nails Inc Baker Street!

Baker Steet is so damn blue. It smells a bit weird, but it covers in two coats. I decided to do a cool leopard print, but at first I did the spots in white, which you can see in the last photo. And I didn't really like that, so I covered the white with Nfu Oh 394. I have leopard print on my thumb, middle and ringfinger. And I'm currently crazy about studs, so I put some on my pointer and pinkie. I'm very happy with the result!

31DC2013 Day 4: Green - Stamping and glitter

Jag är så trött och hungrig att det är helt knäppt. Vi kör på bara va? Naglar i grönt, here you go.
Karins gröna onsdag är jag ju dessutom gärna med på. 

Vad ni ser är så enkelt som Depend 249, ett av mina favoritlack, i två lager med Nordic Cap NP12 i ett mönster från Bundle Monster BM-210, och på tumme och ringfinger ser ni två lager Depend 249, två lager Color Club Holiday Splendor och två svarta nitar från born pretty store.


I'm tired and hungry like crazy. So we just keep going, right? Nails in green, here you go!

What you see is as simple as Depend 249, which is one of my favorites, in two coats with Nordic Cap NP12 stamped with Bundle Monster BM-210, and on my thumb and ringfinger you see two coats of Depend 249, two coats of Color Club Holiday Splendor and two black studs from born pretty store.

31DC2013 Day 2: Orange - This is pretty much me in a manicure.

Hej igen! Ja, det blev ju lite knäppt där med blogginlägget. Men jag tänker strunta blanka fasen i det och köra på ändå.
Idag är det orange på schemat. Och ni som varit med lite vet att jag älskar orange. Så jag smackade på ett av mina otestade som jag länge funderat på om det kan bli en riktigt favorit, nämligen Models Own Beach Party. Sen slängde jag på lite flakies, H&M New Moon, och nitar. Och vips så har vi Martina i en manikyr.

Jag är tveksam om Beach Party är en favorit alltså. Nej, det nådde inte riktigt ända upp till toppen. I vissa ljus tycker jag att det är för gult för att jag ska tokälska det. Formulan är inte heller helt underbar. Det blir lite valligt och så, men det jämnar ut sig efter andra lagret.
Sen har vi New Moon alltså, som jag visat förr. Guldiga flakies i klar bas. Sjukt vackert!
Jag vet att bilderna ser lite konstiga ut färgmässigt, men jag kunde inte göra något åt det. Min kamera ville inte samarbeta.


Hello again! Yeah, so it got a bit weird with the last post. But I will not care about that and just go for it.
Today it's orange on the schedule. And if you've been with me for a while you know that I love orange. So I put on one of my untrieds that I thought could be a real favourite, which is Models Own Beach Party. Then I put on some flakies, H&M New Moon, and studs. And swosh, we have Martina in a manicure.

I don't know if Beach Party is a favorite or not. No, it doesn't really reach all the way to the top. In some lights it looks to yellow for me to love it. The fomula isn't that amazing either. It gets a bit streaky and such, but it evens out on the second coat.
Then we have New Moon, which I've shown before. Golden flakies in a clear base. Incredibly beautiful!
I know that these pictures looks a bit weird colorwise, but I couldn't do anything about it. My camera didn't want to cooperate
